The all new GoPro HD Hero helmet video cameras allow the user to record their favorite activity in either 1080p/960p resolutions at 30 frames per second, or at 760p at 60 frames per second for fast-moving, high definition action.

The GoPro HD Hero features an ultra wide lens that is capable of capturing 170 or 127 degrees of view depending upon the selected mode. Up to 32 gigabytes of data can be stored via. a removable SD card in either MP4 (video) or JPEG (photo) formats. The camera is capable of recording still images in 5 megapixel resolution and can be set to capture pictures in 2/5/10/30/60 second increments.

The GoPro HD is controlled via. an easy to use two-button interface. The Power/Mode button turns the camera on/off and allows the user to navigate through a simple menu displayed on the LCD. Either video or photos can be captured by pressing the Shudder button located on top of the device.

Both video and sound quality are significantly improved over both earlier models and competitors motorcycle cameras. Durability wise, nothing even comes close to the GoPro!!
