2009 Arctic Cat ATV Review:

Arctic Cat Atv engineers added a new member to the DVX fourwheeler family. Recognizing the need for an affordable mid-sized, easy to ride, sport quad, Arctic Cat has stepped up to the plate and created the new DVX 300.

Beginner or Younger Sport riders need what’s best for them...and that’s a plentiful dose of fun at a value-price. The new DVX300 may be smaller in stature but the ride, handling and performance are nothing short of phenomenal.

The Arctic Cat DVX300 fourwheelers pack a whole lot of bang for the buck. Starting with the new 270cc, SOHC, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with backup fan for consistent cooling. Power is then transferred through a fully automatic CVT transmission with Hi, Forward and Reverse.

The trail chop is soaked up by adjustable five position preload front shocks with 6.1” of suspension travel and a linkage-type rear shock with adjustable preload with 6.5” of travel for different size riders, weights and riding styles. Single hand and foot operated hydraulic disc brakes provide positive, self-cleaning stopping power in all conditions with zero adjustment.

DVX headlights and sport bodywork feature removable fenders and additional customizing options or removal for racing. Aluminum wheels feature 21x7-10 front and 20x11-9 rear tires. The DVX300 provides 7.25” of ground clearance in a potent little package fun for both the trails and track.

The Arctic Cat DVX300 fourwheelers provide the exact starting point a beginning sport rider 16+ years old needs to have plenty of fun for years to come.
